Built From Love, Loss & Legacy
KIE2LAVIDA wasn't just built. It was born from family, purpose, and a deep commitment to Detroit
OUR STORY
A Personal Foundation
After losing her father, founder Kierra Woodger watched her mother and grandmother transform grief into purpose, restoring Detroit homes and creating stability for families. Housing wasn't just property. It was stability, dignity, and belonging.
The realization came through years of housing work: most housing instability isn't caused by a lack of resources; it's a coordination problem. Fragmented systems, broken communication, and invisible operational gaps leave too many families in crisis.
KIE2LAVIDA was built to solve exactly that.

OUR NAME
Kierra + Davida = Life.
The name KIE2LAVIDA was inspired by both Kierra and her mother, Davida. It represents legacy, resilience, and ultimately life; because housing is more than property. It's stability, dignity, and opportunity.
OUR MISSION
From Historic to Sustainable — Detroit-Built, Tech-Powered Housing.
We stabilize properties, connect ecosystems, and ensure every resident has access to safe, dignified, and sustainable housing, while providing property owners with the operational infrastructure to manage assets profitably and efficiently.
